Terms & Conditions

APPOINTMENTS

  1. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service.
  2. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
  3. If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment.
  4. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
  5. Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.
  6. Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
  7. Our employees work as a team.  If for any reason you are uncomfortable with the service provider you have reserved, another team member can be made available to you.
  8. No pets are allowed in the salon.

SERVICE REDO

If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to salon for us to redo the service as long you call and schedule the redo within 14 days of the original service date. The redo must be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the service provider is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and the redo may be scheduled with another service provider.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Please note: A 72-hour notice is required for all extensions, relaxers, and keratin treatment services. A credit card is required to obtain a mandatory 50% deposit and secure services.

You will be charged the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as cash or debit cards and personal checks.  We do not accept third party checks.

RETURN POLICY

All products and services are non-refundable.
